In August we continue to celebrate our historic 275 years of cricket on the green, with not one, not two... but THREE big matches!
On the Green...
Tell your friends to tell their friends and make your way along to the Green! Why not bring a picnic, support and celebrate with your local village cricket team. There will be a marquee, for player teas, where the club will also be selling special 275 merchandise. On Sunday 4th we follow straight on from the Bearsted Market on the Green - so why not make a day of it...
Away from the Green...
Our opponents for the first recorded game on the green in 1749. We will play the HACCC later in the season on the green, but first we visit the HAC at their lovely ground in the heart of London. The club is looking to put on coach travel, estimated at £30 return per person. Please contact Steve Pearce (07740 796002) for more details and to book / pay for your place.
